Payment Policy
All web orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Robbins Sign Supply does not offer credit terms or open accounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Your card will be charged when your order is shipped.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 service fee. Robbins Sign Supply reserves the right to use a third-party check-guarantee service.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within North Carolina based on the delivery address and applicable state and local rates.
If you hold a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate, it must be submitted and approved before making a tax-exempt purchase.
If we do not collect sales tax on your order, you may still be responsible for paying use tax directly to your state.

Shipping & Delivery
Robbins Sign Supply provides local delivery within 100 miles of our North Carolina location.
Orders outside our delivery radius will ship via standard ground carriers.
Customers are responsible for all freight charges. Expedited options (Next Day Air, Second Day Air) may be available for an additional fee.
A complete street address is required; we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Freight estimates displayed on the website are based on standard carrier rate calculations. Actual freight costs may vary based on packaging, handling, and dimensional weight.
If actual freight costs differ significantly from the online estimate, we will notify you prior to shipment.
Local Delivery Fees
Local deliveries may incur a delivery fee based on distance and order size. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated when placing your order.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
You will only be charged for back-ordered items once they ship.
Returns
All returns require prior written authorization and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Special-order items, custom-cut materials, and opened software cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Any shipping errors, missing items, or damaged products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Returns of damaged or defective items require prior approval.
Replacement or credit will be issued at the discretion of Robbins Sign Supply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Warranties
Robbins Sign Supply disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranties will be honored when provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to their policies.
Robbins Sign Supply is not responsible for labor or installation costs associated with defective products.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed with Robbins Sign Supply are subject to acceptance and approval at our North Carolina headquarters.
